SO, it's 8:30pm and this is the first real chance that I've had to sit down and write anything here today. I'll elaborate on everything tomorrow. But, I will say, for now, that today was 180 degrees different from yesterday - I mean, today was REALLY good. Of this I am glad because I didn't want to be stewing about my student teaching placement all weekend while lounging around on Stinson Beach. [Yeah, we're finally getting out of town for a weekend. Our friend Michal knows someone who owns this beach house - we're going there to RELAX for a few days (sure, I relaxed all Summer long... but, I had to do it in this stinking apartment).] Now, I get to lie in the sun reading a book, with a beer nearby, and look forward to the rest of the semester.
Brian and I celebrated our finally being up to date on our bills, and on time with our rent (Thank you, Financial Aid!), tonight by getting a slice of pizza downtown AND stopping into Virgin so that I could by the latest Radiohead album ("Hail to the Thief"). So far, it's REALLY good.
